The basic position
Ideal against stiffness and for
exercising and relaxing.
The user lies on his back. The motions of his
arms, legs and trunk are guided and coordinated. His whole body is kept
in dynamic equilibrium depending on his muscular strength as well as on
the weight of his limbs and trunk. As a result of lying horizontally
the user's weight is supported, which immediately results in a relief
of tension. The bent position of the legs brings about a flat support
for the back without stress or lordosis. The tendons, ligaments,
muscles and vertebrae are relieved of tension. The small displacements
and rotations, which can be precisely regulated, give the ligaments and
vertebrae the tendency to return to their original positions.
Used successfully by physicians, clinics and wellness-centers daily.
